This is the all-time winter
wonder of sleds! The
Mountain Boy Ultimate Flyer is an elegant, hand-made beauty that glides and turns like no other sled you’ve ever tried.
Beautifully handcrafted of thick planks of golden birch, hand-carved
willow hand rails and stainless-steel hardware, the Flyer is made to last
for generations. Copper ferrules between the body of the sled and the rails add to the rustic look, while adding substantial strength.
The entire front section of the sled pivots, letting you make much sharper
turns than on a conventional flexible flyer. The Ultimate Flyer is
super-fast thanks to custom-molded plastic skids on the bottom of the sled,
and their shape allows for smooth, decisive turning. Did we mention
that the Flyer also looks great standing on the porch in between sled
runs? No need to worry about form over function here - the Ultimate
Flyer has it all! No wonder the New York Times has dubbed the
Mountain Boy Ultimate Flyer an "instant heirloom." Weight
limit is 300 lbs. Ages 3 and up.
