When kitchen play is over, it doubles as a handy place for storing toys. Made with the same solid construction and fine finishing as all of Elves and Angels' imaginative products, Jacob's Icebox will last a lifetime. Jacob's Icebox is crafted of solid northern white pine, sanded smooth with smooth, rounded corners. All-natural "elf oil" (child-safe, non-toxic linseed oil) is used to give the wood a beautiful finish that will naturally darken with age and use. (The linseed oil finish used is the same type of finish that is used to finish wooden food preparation surfaces and wooden food bowls).
