The soft spinning top jingles merrily as they whirl, and the soft cotton jersey striped fabric creates eye-catching patterns as the top spins along. (The bottom of the soft spinning top is red and white polka-dotted cotton fabric, with a festive gold fabric circle at the bottom for extra smooth spinning).
