The beautiful Grimm's Fairytale Village set includes 17 wooden pieces and is hand-crafted by renowned children's toy maker Grimm's Spiel & Holz in Germany. The tower pieces and wooden block pieces fit together like a puzzle, and children enjoy using their imaginations to create houses, gnome homes, Rapunzel's tower, the imaginative canvas is ready for endless creations and creative combinations with this Fairytale Village blocks and towers set. Sometimes the little pieces will be a chair, sometimes a boat or a table. Children enjoy using this set as a background for telling stories, accompanied by little dolls. The doll figures shown in the photos are not included, but are available for purchase separately. (Ostheimer Snow White and Seven Dwarves set is shown in the first photo; the Evi Dolls Snow White and 7 Dwarves set is shown in the second photo with the green house pieces, along with other Evi Dolls dollhouse dolls.) Each of the magical wooden pieces in this set are carved from solid alder wood. The alder wood is stained with child-safe water-based dyes and lightly finished with a natural food-grade oil, allowing the natural beauty of the wood grain to come through. The pieces are decorated with hand-finished tendrils, scrolls, and stars, adding to the magical, dreamy feel and look of this beautiful set. Meets or exceeds European toy safety standard EN 71. Ages 3 and up. Made in Germany.
